This climb is longer than you realise as it begins with a very gentle gradient up until the right hand bend. As you round the bend you can see the whole of the climb ahead - which gives riders and idea of the work required to reach the top. As you pass the shop on the left hand side the gradient starts to increase fairly rapidly and this gradient is sustained almost all of the way to the summit. You’ll be surprised at how much this cheeky little climb takes out of you. Well done to all those that attempt this.
