Avoid..... Especially towards the top, where there is a commercial zone, this is a very busy road with lots of traffic and for a cyclist not always clear. Directly from the village, it is a charming road, between the buildings up the river valley. A good option is to turn right halfway and take the parallel road. Narrow, but quiet road and also firmly uphill. If the road would be closed for cars, this would be a nice steady climb.
Mijden….. zeker richting de top, waar een commerciële zone ligt, is dit een erg drukke weg met veel verkeer en voor een fietser niet altijd overzichtelijk. Direct vanuit het dorp is het nog wel een charmante weg, tussen de bebouwing door omhoog het rivierdal uit. Een goede optie is halverwege naar rechts af te slaan en daar de parallelweg in te gaan. Smalle, maar rustige weg en ook stevig omhoog lopend. Als de weg gesloten zou zijn voor auto’s, zou dit een mooie gelijkmatige klim zijn.
Very rolling climb but on a very busy road pretty much all day. Good quality surfacing all along. But quite a big drawback concerning the traffic
