Wonderful climb! Never really heavy and flattens out towards the end! Real tempo climb, ideal for building up blocks.

This is a climb with two faces: the first part winds nicely through a forest parallel to the Ourthe. After a while the climb goes inland and becomes more barren and open. The climb follows an excellent road surface which is brand new in the first kilometers. There is some traffic and they drive typically Walloon: like crazy and quite close to cyclists. Bring a light in the dark and keep to the right.
Dit is een klim met twee gezichten: het eerste deel slingert mooi door een bos evenwijdig aan de Ourthe. Na een tijdje gaat de klim het binnenland in en wordt het wat kaler en opener. De klim loopt over uitstekend wegdek wat in de eerste kilometer nagelnieuw is. Er is wel wat verkeer en ze rijden typisch Waals: als gekken en vrij dicht langs fietsers. Lichtje mee in de donkere dagen en goed rechts houden.
A climb often used by the Velomédane. It has the same footing as the Nisramont dam climb, but in the opposite direction, and is of the same type: long, not very steep, fairly regular, wide road... It is therefore very well suited to climbers and rollers.
Côte souvent empruntée par la Vélomédiane. Du même pied que la côte du barrage de Nisramont, mais de sens opposé, elle est du même type : longue, peu pentue, assez régulière, route large… Convient donc fort bien aux grimpeurs-rouleurs.
Nice climb after a long descent. Be careful not to ride past Filly in the descent. Just before the end of the descent you have to turn sharp left to pass this nice climb.
Leuk klimmetje na lange afdaling. Wel opletten om niet in de afdaling voorbij Filly te rijden. Net voor einde afdaling moet je namelijk scherp links om deze leuke klim aan te snijden.
