Mooie klim van ruim 1 kilometer vanuit Aubel naar Hagelstein. De klim loopt op een nagenoeg strak stijgingspercentage naar de top en het wegdek is van goede kwaliteit. Omdat klim een deel is van de doorgaande route tussen Hagelstein en Battice kan het op sommige momenten best druk zijn met verkeer. Kijk tijdens de klim een paar keer naar rechts en geniet dan van het uitzicht.

Prima wegdek, kan wel druk zijn, mooi uitzicht en een fijn tussendoortje dat afhankelijk van waar je hem tegenkomt in je route pittig kán zijn, maar tijdens mijn rondje halverwege van een tocht door de Voerstreek e.o. meeviel. Er zijn vervelendere klimmetjes in de streek.

Bovenop mooie vergezichten (terug) naar de Berwinnestreek. De blinde laatste bocht wordt verraden door een bordje kruising over 150m.
No particular climb under normal conditions, wide through road, no bends. The weather did make my 'ascend' apocalyptic. Would love to come back again in good weather. BTW, the scenery is beautiful.
