Wide road from La-Roche with quite a lot of traffic, but perfect tarmac. First part sheltered by the trees, when the road goes la g and straight on the wind can still be against it here.
Brede weg vanuit La-Roche met vrij veel verkeer, wel perfect asfalt. Eerste deel beschut door de bomen, wanneer de weg la g en recht doorloopt kan de wind nog wel tegenzitten hier.
This is often the first hill that the Velomédane takes at the start. Long, not very steep, on a wide road with a lot of traffic. Personally I prefer the Vieille Route de Beausaint, which is more difficult and much less busy.
C'est souvent la première côte empruntée, dès le départ, par la Vélomédiane. Longue, peu pentue, sur une route large avec un trafic assez important. Personnellement je préfère la Vieille Route de Beausaint, plus difficile et bien moins fréquentée.
