Do you want to enjoy the beautiful views of the Congo Mountain but want to avoid the steeper (original) side? Then the south side is an ideal alternative. This side is less steep, but therefore no less beautiful. You cycle in a quiet and green environment. The gradient is never constant. You imagine yourself on a 'toboggan' so you can always climb well launched. Coming from Tollembeek you can easily tackle this slope via the Hollestraat.
