This pass lives up to its name: the view of the Alps from the pass and the climb is breathtaking. The climb is beautiful and not too steep. What's more, the road is virtually cleared of snow all year round. It is quite busy, but there are often 2 wide lanes, so cars are not too much of a problem.
Ce col porte très bien son nom : la vue sur les alpes est imprenable depuis le col et la montée. La montée est très belle et pas trop raide. De plus, la route est quasiment déneigée toute l'année. Elle est assez fréquentée, mais il y a souvent 2 larges voies alors les voitures ne sont pas trop problématiques.
