Nothing special to tell about the first 7 kilometers. A bit more than a false flat uphill and nothing special. After the flat part (where you can refill your water at a church) the real hard work starts. It goes up approx. 3km with 11% average (parts of 13%) and it doesn't level off anywhere. So make sure you have saved energy for that. Heavy end piece, my travel companion and I jokingly called the climb the Col de la B*tch. The sign of the col is meaningless hidden in a small piece of forest, no sightseeing or facilities. It is also not the highest point (or the "end" climb), after the sign you have a short descent followed by a wall of 12% after which you are at the top. You can find this construction in the description from the other side on this site.
