Nicely varied climb where you ride out of Dolhain past the cemetery. At first, the tarmac is abominable on its Walloon but that soon improves. As often, the steepest part is just about at the cemetery (or in this case just after). Rising sharply, you ride out of the village and into rural areas with views. The indicated route stops where the tarmac ends. After that it is imho still rideable (a mix of concrete and sometimes bits of gravel) until the top with a bench and view. After that, you will really have to turn around with thin tyres because the road surface is really a lot worse after that.
Mooi gevarieerde klim waarbij je Dolhain langs de begraafplaats uit rijdt. In het begin is het asfalt op zijn Waals abominabel maar dat wordt al snel beter. Zoals zo vaak zit het steilste stuk zo ongeveer bij de begraafplaats (of in dit geval net daarna). Sterk stijgend rijdt je het dorp uit en kom je in landelijk gebied met uitzicht. Het aangegeven traject stop waar het asfalt ophoudt. Daarna is het imho nog wel berijdbaar (een mix van beton en soms stukjes gravel) tot de top met een bankje en uitzicht. Daarna zal je met dunne banden toch wel echt moeten omkeren want het wegdek is daarna echt een stuk slechter.
