Kort maar aardig klimmetje in een leuke omgeving. De weg loopt verderop (na de klim) dood bij een kasteel maar op het eind van de klim kan je een doorsteek maken (zo'n 10 meter gravel) naar het asfaltfietspad vanwaar je naar Hombourg of Aubel kan.
Tot aan de zijweg uitstekend asfalt, daarna wordt het een stuk slechter.
