Great climb - I don't know the region well, and it was the first time I did a somewhat longer climb around here. Nice to do some longer climbs too. Good road surface, nice views, running and steeper sections - everything you want. Climbed on a Sunday afternoon and it was quiet then, though.... read more

A fairly long but pleasant climb. At the start, you pass close to Leffe Abbey, then leave the valley to climb the cliffside. The road is good but sometimes quite busy with lorries in the second half (there's a quarry). It's also a Cotacol (no. 491), so it's well worth the diversions!
