False flat climb from Mechelen to Wahlwiller. The climb starts in Mechelen t.h.v. Burg. Pappersweg and runs via the roundabout on the outskirts of Mechelen and Capucijnenweg towards Wahlwiller. The summit is at the former monastery. Once at the top, beautiful views over the surrounding area.

This is more of a connecting road between Mechelen and Wahlwiller, but you still manage to climb more than 30 metres, although it goes up very gradually. The relatively steepest part is just before the church where the road passes some cafes and terraces. Then follow the road to the left and outside Mechelen after the chapel to the right. Here is a beautiful panoramic view, including the Gulperberg. You ride on a bicycle lane and except for one piece of bricks, the road surface is good asphalt.
