The toughest of the three ends of the Milan-San Remo.
The road is wide and well paved, but in summer very busy.
Il più duro dei tre capi della Milano-Sanremo.
La strada è larga e ben asfaltata, ma d'estate molto trafficata.
Of the five final climbs of Milano-Sanremo (tre Capi, Cipressa and Poggio), I thought this was the toughest one! It is located on the main SS1 Via Aurelia though, so traffic can be intense. Probably best to do it on a Sunday morning.
