A climb on an almost straight road from the center of Schinveld outwards, so also as a connecting route handy. The start is at the Roode Beek and today it goes up immediately, quite unexpectedly steep compared to the other climbs in this area and it goes on quite nicely too. Then it becomes increasingly flat. The highest point is somewhat difficult to determine. The road is wide but not very busy, the road surface consists of well laid bricks and then good tarmac.
Een klim over een vrijwel rechte weg vanuit het centrum van Schinveld naar buiten, dus ook als verbindingsroute handig. Het begin ligt bij de Roode Beek en vandaag gaat het meteen lekker omhoog, best onverwacht steil vergeleken met de andere klimmetjes in dit gebied en het loopt nog aardig door ook. Daarna wordt het steeds vlakker. Het hoogste punt is wat lastig te bepalen. De weg is breed maar niet heel druk, het wegdek bestaat uit goed gelegde klinkers en daarna goed asfalt.
