Pfoe this is a bit of a clue. You start relaxed on the through road but a little later you are allowed to turn right into a side road. With a bit of luck it is quiet in terms of other traffic so you can carry on cycling but even then the momentum is gone... and then suddenly the road crashes steeply uphill. Short but powerful so quickly downshifting is the motto. Moments later you are at the clear highest point.
Pfoe dit is wel even een instinker. Je begint relaxed op de doorgaande weg maar even later mag je haaks een zijweg in. Met een beetje mazzel is het rustig qua overig verkeer zodat je door kan fietsen maar ook dan is de vaart wel wel uit... en dan knalt ineens de weg steil omhoog. Kort maar zeker krachtig dus snel terugschakelen is het devies. Even later ben je op het duidelijke hoogste punt.
Short calf breaker. You have to stop on the main road to turn off for the climb. So you start almost from standstill. Make sure you are small enough :)
Korte kuitenbijter. Je moet op de hoofdweg stoppen om af te slaan naar de klim. Je vertrekt dus quasi vanuit stilstand. Zorg dat je klein genoeg staat :)
