Dieser Anstieg startet mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Kloster Sankt Urban. Die Straße ist breit und perfekt asphaltiert, die Steigung ist gleichmäßig, so dass es sehr gut rollt. Die drei Serpentinen durch den Boowald sind leider auch bei Motorradfahrern sehr beliebt, die sich dort regelrecht tummeln, um immer wieder bergauf und bergab zu fahren.
