Climb "inside" from Mechelen towards the foot of the Camerig. The first bit is the steepest. Then it flattens out. There are several half-timbered houses and at some point beautiful views over the Geul valley.
Klim "binnendoor" vanuit Mechelen richting de voet van de Camerig. Het eerste stukje is het steilst. Daarna vlakt het af. Er staan meerdere vakwerkhuizen en op enig moment mooi uitzicht over het Geuldal.
This climb goes straight into the sprint although it only lasts for a short while. After that it keeps rising steadily. Magnificent views of Epen. Lots of oncoming traffic coming from the Camerig.
Deze klim knalt er meteen lekker in al duurt dat maar kort. Daarna blijft deze wel gestaag stijgen. Prachtig uitzicht op Epen. Veel tegenliggers die vanaf de Camerig komen.
