Bike path through the woods which is nice, but hard to get on, with a curb, a fence and a steep section. That is not a nice start. After that it is not really a climb anymore, but it is very quiet and green. Nice view at the top. It is better to cycle up the Berenbosweg.

A nice winding asphalt path (even officially a bicycle path) through a beautiful sloping forest. From the bicycle path you see the slope on the left sometimes steeply downwards. To get to the start from the Haanrade you have to pass a small zigzag gate (to prevent people from driving onto the road) and then there is a piece that is so steep that it is difficult to get on, but with a few meters walking it is possible again and then you can enjoy the peace. Not technically challenging to climb but certainly a nice track.
