Tricky climb, which is car-free for the last part, but does turn into gravel. Even with the gravel bike, there were some bits in the final kilometres that were basically impossible in terms of steepness and surface. Nevertheless, great climb with a breathtaking panorama at the top. Don't forget to continue cycling towards Hotel Belalp.

Climbed this climb in 2017 up to Tatsche. It is a nice quiet climb with very little traffic as the road ends in a ski area and it is not a continuous road. Up to Tatsche it is fine tarmac, from there a gravel road goes even further up. As you can see on the profile map, this climb is pretty evenly steep, the pieces below 8% 'run' very nice because usually the gradient is higher.
