Nice climb that makes you feel like you're in the Middle Ages. Literally and figuratively because apart from old buildings, the cobblestones are also medieval, so hard work!
Leuke klim die je even in de middeleeuwen laat voelen. Letterlijk en figuurlijk want naast oude gebouwen liggen de kasseien er ook middeleeuws vij, dus flink zwoegen!
I rode this climb twice during the Tour De Basse Meuse and to say the least, it was very difficult. The street is very narrow and the cobbles hurt. Unfortunately, there was a nice low road on the left, so you had to go over the cobbles. I didn't really have time to see the castle. My time was wrong
J'ai emprunté cette montée deux fois lors du Tour De Basse Meuse et le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est que c'était très difficile. La rue est hyper étroite et les pavés faisaient mal. Il y avait un beau bas côté à gauche malheureusement, il fallait dépasser par les pavés. Niveau vue sur le château, je n'ai pas vraiment eu le temps de le voir. Erreur dans mon temps affiché
Nice, short and tough climb from the centre of Dalhem towards Trembleur. The first bit is fine tarmac but at the point where the road between two houses becomes narrow you go onto cobblestones. This is also the steepest part. At the left-hand bend it flattens out for a bit and then rises again at the right-hand bend, but by then you are actually at the top.
Leuke, korte en pittige klim vanuit het centrum van Dalhem richting Trembleur. Het eerste stukje is prima asfalt maar op het punt waar de weg tussen twee huizen smal wordt ga je de kasseien op. Dat is ook gelijk het steilste stuk. In de bocht naar links vlakte het even af om vervolgens bij de bocht naar rechts weer wat meer te stijgen maar dan ben je eigenlijk ook al op de top.
Nice tough climb (with the steepest part also consisting of cobbles) through the beautiful old centre of Dalhem. After the cobbles, some nice relaxed turns on asphalt to the top.
Lekker pittig klimmetje (waarbij het steilste gedeelte ook nog uit kasseien bestaat) door het mooie oude centrum van Dalhem. Na de kasseien nog wat leuke relaxte bochtjes over asfalt tot de top.
Unexpected cobbled gem in the land of Herve. Spicy bit on the cobbles after which it levels off on asphalt. Nice to take if in the area.
Onverwachte kasseiparel in het land van Herve. Pittig stukje op de klinkers waarna het op asfalt afvlakt. Leuk om mee te nemen indien in de buurt.
Cobblestone climb, short but spicy. Picturesque to take if you do a tour in the country of Herve. Turns into the Trembleur if you continue south towards Blegny. Nice if you want to climb longer.
Kasseien klim, kort maar pittig. Pittoresque om mee te nemen als je een rondje doet in land van Herve. Gaat over in de Trembleur als je zuidwaarts blijft gaan richting Blegny. Lekker als je wat langer wil klimmen.

Very beautiful and idyllic climb. You enter an old part of the village with bad cobblestones. Short, but because of the environment where you cycle in more than worth it.
Heel mooi en idyllisch klimmetje. Je rijdt een oud gedeelte van het dorp in met slechte kasseien. Kort, maar door de omgeving waar je in fietst meer dan de moeite waard.
Definitely worth a ride if you're in the area; something completely different.
This is a climb you have to go up with that cobblestone surface. Not so easy, as the cobblestones get worse and worse the further you go. And what a pity, because you ride right up along the old castle of Dalhem but you don't get to see much of it.
Profile: maybe the percentages of the first 100m should be exchanged for the percentages of the second 100m, but it won't make much difference.
Zeker de moeite waard om mee te pakken als je toch in de buurt bent; weer eens totaal wat anders.
Dit is wel een klim die je naar boven moet knallen met dat kasseienwegdek. Nog niet zo eenvoudig, want de steentjes liggen er steeds slechter bij naarmate je verder komt. En bovendien jammer, want je rijdt pal langs het oude kasteel van Dalhem omhoog maar je krijgt er dus niet al te veel van mee.
Profiel: misschien moeten de percentages van de eerste 100m verwisseld worden met de percentages van de tweede 100m, maar het zal wel niet zo veel verschil maken.
