I had thought this would be a fun little climb to do with luggage. To start the day nicely. It worked, but the legs take an immediate hit.
A really nice climb I cannot find. Bumpy road surface and a lot between houses or trees with no views. Still, it is not an unpleasant climb to do because it is so challenging. I rode this climb on an overcast day and I was already running on empty. On a sunny day, it must be even worse.
Ik had bedacht dat dit een leuk klimmetje was om met bagage te doen. Om leuk de dag mee te starten. Dat is gelukt, maar de benen krijgen wel meteen een klap.
Een echt mooie klim kan ik het niet vinden. Hobbelig wegdek en veel tussen huizen of bomen zonder uitzicht. Toch is het geen vervelende klim om te doen omdat het zo uitdagend is. Ik reed deze klim op een bewolkte dag en ik liep al leeg. Op een zonnige dag moet dat nog erger zijn.
Quick and steep ascent. In about 4km you gain 400 metres. Climb that starts out immediately steep, has a couple of points where it lets up a little and then starts again. Last climb from Superga to the Basilica and you arrive on the terrace of Turin.
Tough but beautiful
Salita rapida e ripida. In circa 4km si guadagnano 400mt. Salita che parte subito ripida, ha un paio di punti in cui molla un poco e poi riparte. Ultimo strappo da Superga alla Basilica e si arriva sulla terrazza di Torino.
Dura ma bella
Quite a steep climb on a reasonable road surface. Unfortunately, during the climb there is not much of a view, but at the top there is more.
Flink steile klim op redelijk wegdek. Helaas tijdens de klim weinig uitzicht, maar bovenop des te meer.
