This is a long climb with several faces. The climb starts at the sea and almost immediately takes you to very quiet roads. The first 10 kilometres you have a constant view of the sea, which is beautiful. Then, for a few kilometres, you enter a somewhat strange yellow and rocky area. Horses walk freely around here and you shouldn't be surprised if they stand in the middle of the road in front of you. The last few kilometres take you through a green forest with few views.
During the climb, I did not see any water points, shops or petrol stations. So make sure you start this climb well fed. It can be really hot.
