I did this climb in June of 2024 and really enjoyed it. There are not a lot of people around once you get past the water station at Pra Lone at around 1000 m of elevation. The road surface is quite good up to 1,700 meters where the pavement ends. On a mountain or gravel bike you can do a big loop through the forest that drops back down into Sondrio to the east after peaking at a little over 2,000 meters near Lago di Colina.... read more
