A fairly well-hidden cobbled ascent that is difficult to spot and is largely a "sunken path". The cobbles are fine up to the junction with rue Stroobants, where the gradient increases significantly and the cobbles become quite bad. Not to mention the various branches that can litter the route in bad weather (or afterwards). But you've barely got time to be bothered before you're already at the top.
