Despite the traffic lights halfway (which, incidentally, can also provide some relief for a while), it's still quite a nice climb, over a wide cycle lane and good tarmac and with a nice percentage. Moreover, you are much less "trapped" between the houses than on many other climbs in Verviers. Just before the turn, you can see nicely the difference in altitude to the back.

On the route towards Limbourgh, also because we were driving, we did this one. This is a road through a normal neighbourhood and so there are traffic lights etc. It is certainly not a pretty area but it is really one that if you do have to go that way should be done by percentages.
