A daunting start with a 25% road sign to greet you. The climb starts as it means to go on, very steep and straight, going directly up into the sky. A particularly tricky climb for a heavily laden bike due to severe gradients, gravel and barely space for cars to pass should you wobble.
Worth all the effort for beautiful views. There is a glider station at the top and stunning views.

Proper nasty gradients. Lovely views over valley as you climb/descend. A bit boring/bleak on top where it flattens out.
