Surely this one is tougher than you think and that is mainly because of its length. Just before the entrance to Sonsbeek, the bit of misery that goes into this road begins. But it's just enough to let you know for a moment that gravity is doing its thing here too.
Nice for when you're in the area but really not very exciting, partly because of the traffic next to it.
Deze is toch wel zwaarder dan je denkt en dat komt vooral door de lengte. Net voor de ingang van Sonsbeek begint het een beetje ellende dat er in deze weg zit. Maar het is net genoeg om je even te laten weten dat ook hier de zwaartekracht zijn ding doet.
Leuk voor als je in de buurt bent maar echt heel spannend, mede door het verkeer er naast, is het niet.

Straight on, the climb continues for a long time, but you have to cross the road for it. If you continue straight on, it is actually a very long climb. From the bottom of Sonsbeek to the highest point of the Veluwe north of Groenendaal a few kilometres further on.
Het mooiste park van Nederland links en oude huizen rechts, daar fiets je tussen. Helaas is de weg druk en heb je maar een smalle fietsstrook. Rechtdoor loopt de klim nog heel lang door, maar je moet er de weg voor oversteken. Blijf je rechtdoor fietsen dan is het eigenlijk een hele lange klim. Van onderaan Sonsbeek tot het hoogste punt van de Veluwe ten noorden van Groenendaal een paar kilometer verderop.
