Brutal
Did this as a part of a Wiggle-run sportive around Malvern. Struggled on a 36/27. Can see why it's a classic British hillclimb venue.
The road sweeps round to the left at 12-14% then just feels like a vertical wall for 100 metres as you gasp for air. Seems to last forever until you reach the Tudor-looking house at the top, where it starts to level out and you continue along the ridge line.
