A nice alternative to the climb from Untermaubach via the main road as you end up at the same point. Although a bit lighter than the other climb, the climb is very pleasant as it is on much smaller and quieter roads and you cycle through a pretty little valley for much of the climb. The castle and half-timbered houses at the start are also a nice extra.
Een mooi alternatief voor de klim vanuit Untermaubach via de hoofdweg omdat je op hetzelfde punt uitkomt. Hoewel wat lichter dan de andere klim is de klim erg aangenaam omdat deze over veel kleinere en rustiger weggetjes loopt en je een groot deel van de klim door een fraai dalletje fietst. Het kasteel en de vakwerkhuizen in het begin zijn ook een leuke extra.
