I did this on my 3 day trip around the Parc Natural Tinença de Benifassa From Peñíscola to Peñíscola. Day 1 140km to Beceite via Morella and Valderrobres. Day 2 hike in El Parrizal, Gubies Del Parrissal, Caseta de Maçana, Pla de la Creu, Pont de Roca Moleta dArany [Wikiloc]. and day 3 back via de Creu de santa Barbara hike (Horta de Sant Joan), via verde etc (another 150km). I would suggest if you feel inspired to make it a 4 or 5 day trip instead, just because the last day was quite a bit of a stretch, as I was already quite familiar in my area. Noteworthy enhancements could be col de Bel, Peñíscola itself, Tortosa, Castell de Miravet, Delta del Ebro, Mont Caro, Ermita de Sant Sebastià, Ermita de la Pietat, Vinaros and more climbing!

The climb itself was pretty cool. I mean it wasn't prolific but just really solid.
