The first part of the climb goes through a narrow and deeply carved gorge, the Cañon de Añisclo. In this beautiful gorge the road gradually goes up. By the way, in high season one-way traffic is established (climbing towards Fanlo). After leaving the gorge there is a more serious climb, but it never becomes difficult. In the high season only the heat could play tricks on you.
