This short climb should not be underestimated. After the chapel, the road is easy until the first bend. Then comes a short climb that really packs a punch. The percentages then decrease, but you still have to make an effort. After the farm, the route flattens out. Once you reach the top of the Römerweg, you can enjoy the view towards Luxembourg. Via the Helenenkreuz, Bilzingen and Wincheringen, you are quickly back in the Moselle valley.
Diesen kurzen Anstieg darf man nicht unterschätzen. Nach der Kapelle geht es ruhig los, bis zur ersten Kurve. Dann kommt ein kurzer Anstieg, der es in sich hat. Die Prozente werden dann weniger, dennoch muss man sich anstrengen. Nach dem Bauernhof wird es flacher. Oben am Römerweg angekommen, kann man den Blick nach Luxemburg genießen. Über das Helenenkreuz, Bilzingen und Wincheringen ist man schnell wieder im Moseltal.
