Convenient and slightly ascending ford between the main road and the route over Raalkopf and Pannensterzkopf. The whole road is asphalted as is the succeeding area. Forested surroundings and once you leave the main road it is lovely and quiet. So you do this one for the little road rather than the climb. Good tarmac but a bit dirty.
