It's one of three Cotacol that begins at the Hastière bridge, on the left bank of the Meuse. Turn right fairly quickly towards Onhaye, and bear right. This is where it really starts to climb, and very steeply almost to the top.
C'est un des trois Cotacol qui commence à hauteur du pont d'Hastière, sur la rive gauche de la Meuse. Il faut assez vite prendre à droite vers Onhaye, et serrer à droite. Là, ça commence vraiment à monter, et de façon très raide quasi jusqu'au sommet
Start of this short sportive challenging climb is reached by leaving the bank of the river Meuse and cycling through the center of Hastière-Lavaux on the N915.
Narrow road starts as a straight +15％ wall interrupted by a blind left turn in the forest where cars are asked to turn on their lights to be seen in time. The road continues with short and irregular ascents past a neighbourhood with many holiday homes of all sizes, to level off in the last few hundred metres to the highest plateau with a panoramic view of the Maas valley, where the road changes to gravel.
Start van deze korte sportieve uitdagende klim bereik je door de Maasoever te verlaten en het centrum van Hastière-Lavaux door te fietsen via de N915.
Smalle weg begint als een rechte +15％ muur onderbroken door een blinde linkse bocht in het bos waar aan de auto's wordt gevraagd hun lichten te ontsteken om tijdig gezien te worden. Vervolg met korte onregelmatige stijgingsstukken gaat langs een wijk met vele vakantiehuisjes in allerlei formaten,om de laatste honderden meters af te vlakken naar het hoogste plateaupunt met panorama op de Maasvallei waar de weg overgaat in gravel.
