Zpočátku pravidelné stoupání , v rytmu. Následně velice pozvolné i s mírnými sjezdy s velice pěknými výhledy. Nahoře kostel , vyhlídky a obrovská škola s dětmi , které jsou všude... :-)

At first, a regular climb, in a rhythm. Subsequently, very gradual even with moderate descents with very nice views. At the top, a church, viewpoints and a huge school with children everywhere... :-)
From Eibar centre this climb is a bit easier than from the east side of Eibar. But make no mistake, this 6 km long climb with sections of 15％ (yet 5％ less than the steepest side) is a calf biter. The road is wider here for the most part, but also busier with traffic. The scenery is still very beautiful, even with the many climbs in the Basque country. Also on this side of the road the Basque Country Tour is ridden uphill and sitting here badly is minutes on your leg. The climb is a legend in Spain and has been on the programme of cycling races since time immemorial.
Vanuir Eibar centrum is deze klim iets makkelijker dan vanuit de oostkant van Eibar. Maar vergus je niet want drze 6 km lange klim met stukken van 15％ ( toch 5％ minder dan de steilste kant ) is het een kuitenbijter. De weg is hier grotendeels breder maar ook drukker verkeer. De omgeving blijft eoaks met de vele beklimmingen in het Baskenland wonder mooi. Ook langs deze kant wordt er in de ronde van het Baskenland naar boven gereden en hier slecht zitten is minuten aan je been. De klim is een legende in Spanje en staat al sinds mensenheugenis op het programma van wielerwedstrijden.
