A small but fairly steep climb and certainly the best in this area. It leads through park-like surroundings on a moderately busy road.
Ein kleiner, aber ziemlich steiler Anstieg und in diesem Gebiet sicherlich der beste. Der durch eine parkähnliche Umgebung auf einer mäßig befahrenen Straße führt.
A short but unexpectedly steep climb near the center of Heerlen. I saw several people walking up here with their bikes. From the beautiful building of the Oil Mill you see the green framed road going straight and steep up to a small bend. After that bend, there is still a short distance to go. Short, but I had to push hard to get up.
Een kort maar onverwacht steile klim vlak bij het centrum van Heerlen. Meerdere mensen hier met de fiets aan de hand naar boven zien lopen. Vanaf het mooie gebouw van de Oliemolen zie je de groen omlijste weg recht en steil omhoog gaan tot een kleine knik. Na die knik is het nog een klein stukje. Kort maar moest toch flink aanzetten om boven te komen.
