A mentally tough climb. You start with a nice runner but on a dead straight (and sometimes busy) road. The church is a nice target because that is actually the only bend in the climb and immediately a transition to the flatter part. This part is also straight (and therefore more false flat). Further on there is a free bicycle path. In the second part there are nice views, both to the left and to the right. Because of the runner and the altimeters (in the transition from the Eifel to the flat area north of it) still a nice climb.
Een mentaal pittige klim. Je begint met een lekkere loper maar wel over een kaarsrechte (en soms drukke) weg. De kerk verderop is een mooi mikpunt want daar ligt eigenlijk de enige bocht in de klim en meteen een overgang naar het vlakkere gedeelte. Ook dit gedeelte is weer recht (en dus meer vals plat). Verderop ligt er wel een vrijliggend fietspad. In het tweede deel wel aardige uitzichten, zowel naar links als naar rechts. Vanwege de loper en de hoogtemeters (in de overgang van de Eifel naar het vlakke gebied ten noorden daarvan) toch een aardige klim.
