Reviews/stories (1)
Started on the village square in Esneux, find the way to the cycling path. I was not yet warmed up when I started the first 20 minutes of the Chera de la Gombe. My God, what have I started? Legs still cold and knowing what was to come. But after that, I just rode around with a big smile on my face. Nice variation between long runners with beautiful views and real iconic tearjerkers. I cycled all the way up the Stockeu to make another loop with the Thier de Coo. This makes the route 160km with over 3100hm. After this double trip my legs hurt a lot. On the Rosier I could recharge and enjoy before 'having' to face the final violence of the Redoute and the Roche au Faucons.
I can definitely recommend this route, fantastic scenery, nice variety of climbs and a super satisfied feeling at the end!
